Payment Policies

 

Company payment, approved company purchase order, or a prepaid government training form is required prior to registration. Tech 2000 accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and US Government credit cards. For credit card users, charges will be in the currency of the country where the class takes place and will be converted by your credit card company. We also accept wire transfers (additional processing charge), Cisco Learning Credits, and corporate checks from all companies.

Purchase Orders are occasionally accepted from companies with whom Tech 2000 has an established relationship. Purchase Orders must be received at least fifteen (15) business days before the start of the course, or upon receipt of invoice, whichever is later. Payment on Purchase Orders must be received no later than fifteen (15) days after the course date. All necessary payment information is to be received at least fifteen (15) business days before the start date, or upon registration. Students unable to provide payment information upon registration will be given a “halt date” by which payment details must be received, or they risk losing their seat in the course.
