Tuition covers all course materials, refreshments, and your Certificate of Completion. Parking expenses you may incur are not included.
Your confirmation email will provide you with the specific start and end times of your class. Typically we request that you arrive 30 minutes early on the first day of class for registration. Standard courses begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately 4:30 p.m. each day. However, please note Boot Camps have extended hours and often run well into the evening.
All requests to change or cancel a registration or scheduled exam must be in writing via email to Training@t2000inc.com

If Tech 2000 cancels a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.
Students may withdraw a registration up to fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled start date of the class without penalty by submitting a written notice via email to Training@t2000inc.com
or fax to 703.471.8364.
Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior notification it will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no reschedule will be allowed. Within the required notification period, only student substitutions will be permitted.
All exam fees are forfeited if students withdraw fewer than 24 hours before a scheduled exam.
Students may reschedule a registration up to eleven (11) business days before the scheduled start date without penalty. Rescheduling will be defined as transferring registration to the same course on a different date, or transferring to another course of equal or lesser value up to six (6) months from the original course start date.
If a student reschedules fewer than eleven (11) business days before the class, or reschedules for a second time, the entire original course fee will be forfeited. An additional course fee will be required for the new registration.
Substitutions are permitted prior to the start of the class but are subject of a 10% fee. All substitutions must be submitted in writing to Training@t2000inc.com
or faxed to 703.471.8364 prior to the start of class.
Within these established timeframes, students are allowed ONE withdrawal or rescheduling without forfeit of course fee.
Failure to attend without written notice prior to the start date of the course will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.
Tech 2000 believes that we offer the best possible training and solutions. If, before the end of the first day of the course, you are not satisfied Classroom and Virtual training you are not satisfied with the course and wish to withdraw for this reason, please notify the instructor (ii) return all course materials, and (iii) contact the Training Department (as above) by the close of business in order to receive a 100% refund or to apply the money to other future training. This guarantee will only apply if student completes the first full day of class and has signed the class roster. All training materials must remain with the instructor at the time of withdrawal.
