Registration Policies


Tuition covers all course materials, refreshments, and your Certificate of Completion. Parking expenses you may incur are not included.


Your confirmation email will provide you with the specific start and end times of your class. Typically we request that you arrive 30 minutes early on the first day of class for registration. Standard courses begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately 4:30 p.m. each day. However, please note Boot Camps have extended hours and often run well into the evening.

Attendance Policy


All requests to change or cancel a registration or scheduled exam must be in writing via email to or fax to 703.471.8364.

If Tech 2000 cancels a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.


Students may withdraw a registration up to fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled start date of the class without penalty by submitting a written notice via email to or fax to 703.471.8364.

Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior notification it will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no reschedule will be allowed. Within the required notification period, only student substitutions will be permitted.

All exam fees are forfeited if students withdraw fewer than 24 hours before a scheduled exam.


Students may reschedule a registration up to eleven (11) business days before the scheduled start date without penalty. Rescheduling will be defined as transferring registration to the same course on a different date, or transferring to another course of equal or lesser value up to six (6) months from the original course start date.

If a student reschedules fewer than eleven (11) business days before the class, or reschedules for a second time, the entire original course fee will be forfeited. An additional course fee will be required for the new registration.


Substitutions are permitted prior to the start of the class but are subject of a 10% fee. All substitutions must be submitted in writing to or faxed to 703.471.8364 prior to the start of class.

Within these established timeframes, students are allowed ONE withdrawal or rescheduling without forfeit of course fee.

No Show

Failure to attend without written notice prior to the start date of the course will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Tech 2000 believes that we offer the best possible training and solutions. If, before the end of the first day of the course, you are not satisfied Classroom and Virtual training you are not satisfied with the course and wish to withdraw for this reason, please notify the instructor (ii) return all course materials, and (iii) contact the Training Department (as above) by the close of business in order to receive a 100% refund or to apply the money to other future training. This guarantee will only apply if student completes the first full day of class and has signed the class roster. All training materials must remain with the instructor at the time of withdrawal.

Virtual Course Registration Information

Virtual Classroom Course Tuition

Tuition covers all course materials and course software.

License Agreement for Virtual Classroom

Payment of tuition gives you a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable license to attend one Virtual Classroom course. Transferring or sharing your license with anyone else is a violation of the licensing agreement and is subject to legal action.


All Virtual Classroom courses delivered by Tech 2000 are recorded and kept for attendees to access for up to 60 days following class. The recording includes any student questions or comments.

Self Paced Ordering Policies

Return Policy for Self-Paced Materials

Any defective product will be replaced with a new shipment of the same product.

Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of being purchased by the customer.e-Keys are not included. Transferring or sharing your e-Keys with anyone else is a violation of the licensing agreement and is subject to legal action. Any opened or accessed product is not eligible for a refund, but may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.

Individual products that are sold as components of a multi-product package or bundle are not eligible for refund.  

Cancellation Policy for Self-Paced, web delivery

Online subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

On Site Information

Cancellation Policy

If Customer cancels or reschedules a course within fifteen (15) business days of the scheduled start date, Customer will be charged 25% of the Base Course Fee. If cancellation or reschedule occurs within ten (10) business days of the start date, Customer will be charged 50% of the Base Course Fee. Any such fee charged will not be applied to the price of any rescheduled courses.
