This course explores the system enhancements and changes that are necessary for a digital network control system (DNCS) operator to understand in order to operate a DNCS running SR 5.0.

  • DSN - Activating and Operating Digital Subscriber Networks

    This course is a lab-intensive course that introduces you to the digital network control system (DNCS) to maintain the Cisco digital broadband delivery system (DBDS). Making sure your digital broadband system delivers the services demanded by subscribers is a critical function.

  • ROSAEMA - Cisco ROSA Element Manager (EM) Administration

    This course teaches you how to manage the Cisco ROSA Element Manager (EM) components in a network.  In this course, you will learn how to customize a ROSA EM to reflect the configuration of a network, gain the knowledge to interpret alarm data from ROSA EM, and change system parameters.

  • DCMAFM - Cisco DCM Advanced Features Management

    This course provides the experienced Cisco DCM operator with the knowledge and skills required to configure and manage the Cisco DCM's advanced features.

  • ENCOPS - Cisco Encoder D9036 Operations Training

    Students are introduced to the hardware and software, basic Virtual Service Encoder (VSE) configuration for video and audio encoding; configuring the encoder to insert system information tables for DVB applications and to insert messages for digital programming insertion (DPI) applications; and perform basic operations.
